Our saddle shaped pipe clamp (also known as saddle pipe clamp or U-type pipe saddle) is a specialized pipe fitting designed for secure support, fixing and stabilization of pipes in various systems. Featuring a unique saddle-shaped (half-circle/U-shape) body, this clamp perfectly conforms to pipe curvature, providing even clamping force and preventing slippage. Crafted from premium materials including stainless steel (304/316), galvanized carbon steel and ductile iron, our saddle pipe clamps offer excellent corrosion resistance, durability and mechanical strength. The two-side flanges with bolt holes enable easy and fast installation, while optional rubber lining enhances vibration damping and pipe surface protection. - No. Pipe OD, groove standard, working pressure, gasket material, and certification scope must be matched.
- Is it suitable for potable water by default?
- No. Potable water use requires confirmation of coating, gasket compound, local sanitary approval, and project compliance.
- Can it be used in corrosive chemical service?
- Not by default. Chemical compatibility must be verified against the medium, concentration, temperature, and coating system.
